We share your name, address and pickup details only with the verified Saathi assigned to your booking, and with payment providers strictly to settle your payment. We never sell your personal data to anyone. We may disclose information where required by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Storage devices collected as e-waste are data-wiped, and confidential documents can be securely shredded on request.
