Return & Refund Policy

For a standard pickup, your materials are weighed in front of you on a calibrated digital scale and you are paid immediately — in cash or via a digital transfer. Because payment happens after you see the weight and agree the amount, there is normally nothing to refund.

If you believe a weight or calculation is incorrect at the time of pickup, ask the Saathi to re-weigh the materials before payment is completed. If a dispute is raised after payment, contact us within 48 hours at hello@ecokabadi.com and we will investigate the transaction record.

Where we find that an error was made in your favour or ours, we will correct it promptly — either by paying you the shortfall via your preferred method, or by arranging repayment of any overpayment. All adjustments are based on the recorded pickup data.

• You can cancel or reschedule a booked pickup at no cost before a Saathi is dispatched.
• There are no booking fees for standard household pickups, so no charge is refundable.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

For business plans or any prepaid or contracted services, refunds for unused, prepaid amounts are handled per your service agreement. Contact business@ecokabadi.com to discuss any adjustment.

If you choose to donate the value of your scrap to support our Saathi welfare fund, that donation is final and non-refundable once the pickup is completed.
