Terms of Service

EcoKabadi provides doorstep collection of recyclable materials and connects sellers with verified collectors (“Saathi”). We facilitate transparent weighing and payment. Service availability depends on your location within our current coverage area.

• You must provide accurate contact and address details when booking.
• Pickups are subject to Saathi availability and confirmed time slots.
• You should segregate materials where possible to receive the best rate.
• You may cancel or reschedule a pickup before a Saathi is dispatched.

Published rates are estimates and are finalised at the point of pickup based on a calibrated digital scale and the actual quality and quantity of materials. Payment is made on the spot in cash or via a digital method. Some rates may be mutually agreed at the venue.

We accept paper, cardboard, plastic, metals, e-waste and intact glass bottles, among others. We do not accept broken glass, hazardous or medical waste, or wet, contaminated or mixed general garbage. We may decline any material at our discretion for safety or practicality.

• Ensure the materials you sell are lawfully yours to sell.
• Remove or wipe personal data from devices before handing them over.
• Treat our Saathi collectors with courtesy and provide safe access for pickup.

EcoKabadi provides its services with reasonable care but to the maximum extent permitted by law is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant transaction.

The EcoKabadi name, logo, website and app are owned by EcoKabadi Pvt. Ltd. and its technology partner Lacspace. The platform software is licensed, not sold — see our Software License. You may not copy, reproduce or reverse-engineer any part of it.
